1) Credit Card:

The www.imaginetangoshoes.com online store accepts all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners credit cards through the safe enviroment of Alpha Bank.

Security
All credit card payment transactions are performed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform which uses encryption TLS 1.1 with protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). This encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it by using the appropriate password.

2) Pay on Delivery 

Payment upon receipt of your order at your place. 
Note:Cash on Delivery option is available only within Greece and carries an extra delivery charge of 7€ (via ELTA Courier) or 5€ (via the Greek Hellenic Post service).

 Please send us a copy of the bank payment order by e-mail or text message. As soon as we receive the copy of the bank transfer payment, we will ship your order.

Custom Order & Pay on Delivery


In case you choose to pay via Pay on Delivery for a product not currently in stock, or for a custom-made order, a 50€ deposit is required in advance (via bank transfer) in order to proceed to production your shoes.

When will my order be shipped?

 

We ship your shoes within one day of the placement of your order for products which are available in stock and if there is no prior issue with the payment.

For products which are not readily available (i.e. Custom orders), we ship your order once your shoes are ready which could be in 25-35 days. 

 

In all cases, we will inform you via e-mail about the progress of your order until the final delivery. Once your order is shipped you will receive via email the order number for ELTA Courier or ELTA (Hellenic Post service).  

 

How can I track my order? 

For ELTA Courier you may call on 11120 to find out where your package is and when it will arrive. You can also track your order online via the following link: https://www.elta-courier.gr/search?br=(track%20number%20here)+ using the 10digit shipment number.

 

For ELTA (Hellenic Post) you may call on 800 118 2000 or 210 3353544 to find out where your package is and when it will arrive. You can also track your order online via the following link: https://www.elta.grusing the 13digit order code.

 

Shipping costs

 

1) Shipment via ELTA (Hellenic Post)

For payments via credit card or Pay Pal or bank transfer: Free Shipping only for shipments in Greece

Pay on Delivery: 5€ extra charge

For orders abroad for 1 pair of shoes: 15€

 

2) Shipment via ELTA Courier 

 

For Pay on Delivery payments: 7€ extra charge.

For payments via credit card or PayPal or bank transfer: 5,00€

 

How long will delivery take?

 

1)    GREECE

-Via ELTA Courier delivery takes place within 1-2 days working days for most Greek provinces and 2-3 days for non-urban areas.

Delivery time is between 10:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

 

-Via ELTA Delivery will take 3-5 working days. You will first receive a notification receipt which you need to present to your local Postal Office to receive your package.  

2)  WORLDWIDE

Delivery via

1. ELTA POST can take 10-15 days (depending on the destination country).

2. FedEx or TNT can take 3-5 days 

 

 

 

Return Policy

 

We guarantee the return and replacement of a product (with another of the same type and value), only by following the necessary and designated procedure:

 

1. Get in touch with Imagine Tango Shoes by sending an e-mail to imaginetangoshoes@gmail.com explaining the reasons for wishing to return a product. 

Note:No returns will be accepted without prior communication with Imagine Tango Shoes.

2. You must return your product including a copy of the purchase and shipment receipts.

3. Keep the purchase and shipment receipts until we confirm that we have received your return enquiry.

4. The returned product must be in excellent condition as upon delivery. We recommend trying them on carefully using only the right shoe the first time while standing on a carpet to avoid any damage to the sole. Do not insist on fitting them on if you see the shoes are too small.

5. If the above conditions are met, we will then replace your product with any other you may choose from our collection or future collections, should you not find something of your liking in the current one.

If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, we will send it back to you at your expense. 

6. Please be advised that return shipping expenses (via ELTA Courier or ELTA) are paid by the customer, unless in the case of a defective product or mistake on our part). Imagine Tango Shoes will cover the shipping costs of the new product (only the first time).
